Tudor-Arch Rosette Reclaimed Limestone Mantel (CH1065)

A hand-carved reclaimed limestone fireplace mantel in the English manner, its frieze worked with alternating rosettes and lozenges above a flattened Tudor-arch opening. The pale, chalky stone carries the quiet dignity of a manor-house hearth. Restored by Ancient Surfaces, an antique-limestone mantel for panelled studies, formal halls and Tudor- and Gothic-inspired residences.
